I would rate peas service 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend them to fellow creatives and agencies alike. The initial meeting was an informative, precise and friendly chat! The insight that I got with regards to the agency in question was detailed and really helpful, which helped me when I was preparing for the first interview.

However the really great thing about peas was their detailed feedback, which I received after the first interview - something which is rare in today's creative recruitment world. Usually you only receive final feedback and nothing more. This enabled me to re-emphasis my good points and reassure the interviewer of any apprehensions in the second interview.
