journey is a success. Once a detailed briefed is signed off, we
search for potential candidates within our current active candidate
database, within our extended candidate networks, through
advertising, job boards and through traditional events.
We spend a good hour (plus) with each suitable candidate and
realize their backgrounds, skills, achievements, personalities,
aspirations, relevancy, and potential shortcomings. This enables us
to present no more than five options per role.
And as the market changes week by week, we'll keep you informed on new developments week by week helping to create an ongoing productive business relationship.
